Your initial appointment is very important. It allows us to get off to a great start, establishing good rapport with you and a favorable relationship with your pet. We will be happy to show you around the practice, as you meet our staff and get to know the doctor. You have the chance to ask questions, and we gather background information about your pet and his or her medical history. To save time, please be sure to print and complete the New Patient Form and bring it with you on your first visit.
